Whole Cashews (White Wholes – W)
These are premium, unbroken, pale ivory-colored nuts, categorized by the number of nuts per pound (lower number = larger size):
- W-180: Known as the “King of Cashews,” these are the largest, most expensive, and premium-quality nuts.
- W-210: Jumbo-sized cashews, considered very high quality.
- W-240: A standard, popular, and large-sized grade.
- W-320: The most popular and widely available grade worldwide.
- W-450: Smallest size of white whole kernels, more affordable.
